General support for spanners (TextSpanner, TrillSpanner) consisting of SMuFL multi-segment glyphs of selectable width (wave length) like with \ekmStartTrillSpan. Possible styles: trill, glissando, vibrato, circular, circular-constant, wavy, square-wave, sawtooth, beam-accel-rit.
A spanner can have a start and/or end segment, either on each piece of a broken spanner or only once for the whole spanner.
