Add all changes to RInterface here in a human readable format.
This file is loosely based on keepachangelog.com. Each entry should start with 'Added', 'Changed', 'Deprecated', 'Removed', 'Fix(ed)', or 'Security'. If needed we will start using subsections for each of those.
