Bug Cannot enter text in "Granted phone" field

Hi,

After enabling a module, I can enter a granted phone in the first line. After adding a second line for another phone, I cannot enter any text, despite the cursor blinking and the numpad activated when I tap it.
Typing in any text at this point does not work.

I have tried running both versions 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 from F-Droid, my phone is running Android 7.1.2 and LineageOS 14.1.

Same problem on LineageOS 16.1 and from F-Droid version 1.3.0
