The International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) is a non-profit organisation which collects and analyses transport related metrics across all major markets.

Unique contributions, particularly in the European market, which the ICCT may contribute towards TCDI include:

• Fuel-specific pollutant emission factors from remote sensing measurements (PC, LCV, HDV)
• Distance-specific pollutant emission factors from remote sensing measurements (PC, HDV)
• Vehicle stock distribution from remote sensing measurements (PC, LCV, HDV)
• Utility factors for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PC)
• Real world CO2 emissions compared to WLTP/NEDC values (PC)
• Vehicle registrations (PC, LCV, HDV)
• Tailpipe CO2 emissions from new vehicles (PC, LCV, HDV (excl. buses))
