update to current jquery core / ui

hi,

this is very nice library.
but - it seems that it has several issues when using for example jquery 2.2.x or newer. and also jquer-ui is already at 1.12.x.
so there are a lot of methods and other stuff which does not exist anymore.
for example:

Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined

at HTMLDocument._mouseMoveDelegate (https://code.jquery.com/ui/1.8.7/jquery-ui.js:650:16)
at HTMLDocument.dispatch (https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.2.0.js:4732:27)
at HTMLDocument.elemData.handle (https://code.jquery.com/jquery-2.2.0.js:4544:28)

i will have to check a different library which supports these features....
