更多的排除功能 #125

现在的排除功能，虽然写的是“Exclude paths”
但是测试它只是排除MD文档，并不会排除附件

但是实际的笔记过程中，有些附件并不需要按照文档去整理

公共的附件，比如很常见的banner
多个md文件都关联的附件，现在不管改哪个，都会自动移动到修改的那个文件相对的路径下面去

希望能增加功能，

Exclude attachments that linked to multiple notes
