Must-haves:

Share text status messages. Based on chat messages with rich text formatting, rich content previews, URL highlighting, etc.

Good-to-haves:

Comment on stream items
Like stream items (lol fb)
Retweet/share stream items
Manage subscribers
Different types of statuses (e.g. Question, Idea, Poll, To-do / Text, Image, Link)
Ability to add other feeds/streams (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, RSS)
