Add Ozone OFS support for Trino Iceberg Connector

Hi, there are more and more projects where ozone is being used as object storage.
Please add support for ozone ofs to trino so that we can use all the features of ozone.

we find an issue when replacing fs.s3.impl with org.apache.hadoop.fs.ozone.RootedOzoneFileSystem in hive-site.xml.
even assuming ozone jar is added to trino-iceberg connector - ozone-filesystem-hadoop3.jar
we are facing protobuf dep problem
