Verified contracts are getting duplicated and transactions to these contracts are also duplicated

Adding the Uniswap V3 non fungible position manager for polygon (address 0xC36442b4a4522E871399CD717aBDD847Ab11FE88), it gets duplicated and transactions to this contract also gets duplicated.
Trying to remove any of the duplicated contracts returns a internal server error.
