Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The unit testing of the project, done in the Data.BTV solution, use the MSTest V1 that's shipped with Visual Studio. This was the version that existed when development ceased in 2013.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should upgrade to MSTest V2, which is available as a NuGet package.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are other unit testing frameworks, but MSTest has similar capabilities.
