Automate publishing with Goreleaser or similar.

Those images haven't been updated in a year - perhaps a github action could make it easy to push the latest version as part of the release? Alternatively to sync with @peter-evans to set up a github action to automate this?

@axsaucedo The Docker image of Vegeta that I maintain is using the latest version of Vegeta. The latest version of Vegeta is 12.8.4 and that is released in the latest version of vegeta-docker here.
