wikisource_uploader script should not place preleading empty lines

Thanks for this uploader. But we, Tamil Wikisource, does not need preleading empty lines in every page's uploading data. While doing transclusion of proofread completed pages, two empty lines should be added at the begining of a page if needed. Kindly make necessary changes.
