0.7.1 apk download issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When the link is selected the download is "googleuserinformation" not the 
apk file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When the download for 0.7.1 is selected the new version downloads.

What version of the product are you using? On what device?

Current version is 0.7.0; mu device is a VM Cruz.
Please provide any additional information below.
