Can't accept disclaimer on (some?) Android devices #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installing app from Google Play
2.Running the app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to agree to the disclaimer but, the accept button is just 
out of reach.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version-1.0 (Latest on Play store.)
OS-Android 2.3.7 Gingerbread (Cyanogenmod 7)
Phone-Motorola Atrix

Please provide any additional information below.

I have the same issue on my HTC desire s. Can't access the accept button. It's 
just out of reach at the bottom of the screen. Need to shorten the disclaimer 
box? Love the application on my playbook.

Running latest version downloaded from Play Store, HTC Sensation running latest 
FW (4.0.3 IS I think)- Accept Button not visible, even after restarting handset 
and re-installing.
