70 kb/s speed on transfer & couldn't receive.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.sending files from that laptop to any other pc
2.recieving file to laptop from any other pc
3.i have tried to speed up transfer rate by direct point to point cable 
connection.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? 7 to 12 mbps


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?its the 
latest to date i post this issues.iam using win xp sp3

it was running fine.it start to get problem.when it was running fine,i change 
adapter configuration to 100mbps full duplex and got lag transfer and i move 
back to auto and transfer rate was normal.but problem occur how i dont know 
when.i clean install dukto r6.but get no success.i reinstall driver for eth or 
lan but no success.i scan for virus,disable firewall.i was out of my mind.pls
