What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.downloading the dds plugin 
2.installing to plugins directory
3.running gimp2.0 application error box 0xc00007b click o to close

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dds file saving application, dds.exe application error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0

The install is pathetic... It does not work with 64bit GIMP, but 32bit GIMP 
displays dll error messages. Hopeless... Very poor installer.
