What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Standard russian keyboard
2. Portrait mode

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

There is dot on keyboard, not but comma. But we use comma more frequently than 
dot.
Can you change russian keyboard layout

Using phone 4-row layout.
