[ Before posting bugs, please check
https://code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/wiki/FrequentlyAskedQuestions and
the existing bugs for known issues - my responses may be delayed since I
have very little time to work on this project. ]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure "Ctrl/Alt/Meta key code" settings are active
2. Press modifier key

What is the expected behavior?
For the modifier key to be held until its light goes off.

What do you see instead?
A key up event is sent as soon as finger is released despite light still being
on. This makes mouse clicking with the modifier keys held (e.g. Ctrl-clicking)
not possible in remote desktop apps (unless the remote desktop app has its own
keys that support holding).

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using, for example "1.37"? (See
"Debug" section at the bottom of the app's Settings menu.)
1.37.1419

On what phone or tablet?
Samsung Galaxy S4

If applicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?

Please provide any additional information below.
I also would like holding shift key supported.
