Add support for Squid-cache log format

It will be nice to have Squid-cache (squid-cache.org) log format 
(http://wiki.squid-
cache.org/SquidFaq/SquidLogs) as supported by this nice software.

usage:  tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log | ./squid2ncsa.pl

Hello such, first congratulate you on this great work my students have done 
much. I've been trying to run some days Logstalgia with Squid but I have not 
gotten through SSH, you can make it? Greetings and apologies for the 
impertinence first and second I am using a translator.

ssh username @ hostname tail-f / var / log / squid / access.log | 
./squid2ncsa.pl
