DDLockD patch series

There's a patch series on the mailing list "MogileFS ddlockd patch series", 
which implements ddlockd support.

However ddlockd isn't shippable and potentially has bugs, so we can't easily 
merge it.

Here's a ticket so I may get the patch series out of my inbox, lets figure out 
how to fix ddlockd and either ship it or implement something else as part of 
the mogilefs trackers themselves.

Then, merge the code if possible.

This was partly started. hachi's pushed up a more usable ddlockd that we can 
integrate with, and robbat has promised to update the patches when he gets 
time. In the meantime, it turns out postgres has big boy locks, too.
