I got some errors:

and gmsh.h , gmsh.lib are missing

Try pulling the latest changes and compiling again.
The library depends on Gmsh so you need to download and compile it from here: https://gmsh.info/bin/Windows/gmsh-4.12.1-Windows64-sdk.zip
