LoD0 option only implemented for OBJ output

LoD0 is not implemented in CityGML, IMGeo or CityJSON output.

Ah... I was using version 1.2.2
Now installing 1.3 and give it another try.

@hugoledoux : I gave it a try in 1.3 but that version doesn't run my YAML file. See the new issue I've posted.
