Feature Request: What's about adding <Shift,MouseWheel> to enable horizontal scrolling?

Hi,

currently VS doesn't react on <Shift,MouseWheel>, so why not in addition use this combination for horizontal scrolling, like in some browsers, and editors?

Would be a good addition. I really like shift scrolling.

There is an extension that already does this but you have to unpack it and edit the manifest to get it working on VS2017:
