The instructions for decommissioning an AWS account out of Guardrails doesn't say what to do if a customer isn't using a specific Guardrails feature. For example, if there is no AWS > Turbot > Permissions policy at all, there's nothing to change to Enforce: None. This can be really confusing for customers who aren't using those features.

Also, the page doesn't have a link to the GSR utility for removing an account. https://github.com/turbot/guardrails-samples/tree/main/guardrails_utilities/python_utils/remove_aws_account
