The instructions for decommissioning an AWS account out of Guardrails doesn't say what to do if a customer isn't using a specific Guardrails feature. For example, if there is no AWS > Turbot > Permissions policy at all, there's nothing to change to Enforce: None. This can be really confusing for customers who aren't using those features.
