First draft of Mod 3 Group Project: Consultancy-style, "larger team" effort

Within Mod 3, we'd like to try a larger team group project around the idea of consultancy shops competing against each other. This will still play on the idea of Terrificus where students pitch a project idea, but will be much grander in scale. Overall idea is a Rails frontend with no DB access but does OAuth, a Rails API doing all DB work via RESTful endpoints, and the Rails API calling out to two or more Sinatra microservices to complete some amount of work. This would allow instructors to play more of a PM role, involved in frequent standups with the team for progress tracking, and moving students around the project as needed to meet deadlines.
