Create finished FE for M2 Pair Project

Create finished FE that will fetch and display data from their finished M2 Pair Project Hang In There API. Ticket #150 is for the BE side of the project and is completed.

This will make the project more exciting than just running it in the Postman suite.
Students will not have to do any work on the FE repo. Its just to bring their work to life and further tie in how the FE and BE connect.

Low priority - after M3 and M4 updates.
