Add test fixtures to the Ideabox tutorial

The Ideabox tutorial was very helpful, thanks.

One thing I had to figure out after reading it was how to get test fixtures working. I've posted a small demo project based on Ideabox with test fixtures added. If you're interested, I could put together a pull request with a section on test fixtures.
