The laser scan around my tb4 is just like this, having the minimum range values. How can I fix this?

Either make sure that your GPU is being utilized properly or if you want to run with CPU only then switch the create3.urdf.xacro to use ogre2. There are several tickets that discuss this process on this repo and on the main turtlebot4 repo.
