[Meta] Add explanations

Adding steps and explanations to the various tools would be super helpful.
Like the binary calculator could explain how to do it by hand. The base converter could explain both the "digit * base^n" scheme and Horner's method.

This is the sort of stuff where newcomers could be super helpful. Writing up short and good explanations is surprisingly tricky.
