`.img-responsive` should only be used on `<img>`s

The .img-responsive class is only meant for use on <img> elements. Using it on other elements is nonsensical.

Wrong:

<div class="img-responsive">
  <img src="foo.jpg" />
</div>

Right:

<div>
  <img src="foo.jpg" class="img-responsive" />
</div>
