AI Tabs don't autoscroll on first run

AI Tabs don't autoscroll on first run. This seems to be an issue with
WinForms, but I bet we can work around it.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Start UvsChess
2. MAKE SURE not to select the white or black Log tabs!!!
2. Select ExampleAI for both white and black
3. run them to completion
4. click on the white's log tab. 
5. Notice that it hasn't AutoScrolled.
6. If you change back to Main Log, and hit new game, and run them through
again, White's log now scrolls.
7. It seems to be that the tab has to be activated before it will AutoScroll.

Expected results:
it should AutoScroll

Actual results:
it doesn't scroll at all.

How often does this happen?
