When the user joins using Mac OS 14 with Safari version 17 and the Mac user start the screen sharing the quality of the screen sharing video is not up to the mark and it was very blurry other's are not able to read the content from the screen sharing video part.

Twilio record rules should be capturing all participant's video/audio once the recording get started.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. When the user joins with Mac OS safari browser
  2. Clicks to share his screen using screen sharing option
  3. See the quality of screen sharing video is not clear to others in the twilio room

Expected behavior.

During screen sharing the quality of the screen sharing video should be crystal clear to all other users in the room.
