txacme should supply something to allow implementers of ICertificateStore to test their implementations. I think the existing tests for DirectoryStore probably cover all of the invariants we need, so adapting those shouldn't be too hard; we should probably do some thinking about whether there are any other things we care about that are not covered by those tests.
