Specify domains in the endpoint description

The trick of creating an empty file to provision a new cert is somewhat error-prone and confusing, as evidenced by how many people stumble over it when deploying txacme; we should allow passing a list of domains for which certs should always exist in the endpoint description. Related to #58 since this is probably the way forward to solve that as well.
