Daily / Monthly / Yearly usage graphs

Progress bar style reporting of group/device usage as a percentage of monthly 
limit.

If I get jQuery going as in a previous issue/enhancement request, this will be 
easy as.

It is still possible with traditional javascript, but as you know jQuery is, 
well just the best.
