Even the first result from a cursory search of issue tracker LINK, returns the same issue: (and also there are many other duplicate issues, same as your, all of them are dupes of gorhill/uBlock#1327) 2
The documentation contains 3 different subpages about your issue, yet you still "overlooked" all of them. 3

@shism2 this is not a bug; this indicates uBlock Origin is not yet fully loaded. uBlock Origin needs time to load it's filterlists, and Chromium browsers do not wait for it to be ready before loading websites. This can allow advertisements and trackers to be loaded before uBlock Origin is ready to block them. Thus, a warning is shown, and there is a setting to prevent websites from loading before it is ready. |
it looks like something has changed recently because this warning message is now persistent across all of my newly installed devices. (Somehow it does not impact previously installed devices.) It does not matter how long I wait (hours and days), UBO never finishes loading, and the warning message remains. Reloading the page does not help, and the settings page won't load either (so I cannot opt in to "Suspend network activity until all filter lists are loaded"). |
