Avalon - Batch metadata requirements and processing

• Check if we have a description of what we need for batch replay, batch update, export of metadata
  Make sure all our requirements are in relevant githhub issue.
• Create centralized place for batch ingest templates (ERA/ERA A+V, Dataverse) Would it make sense to keep these in the metadata Github repo? It might be good to have a centralized place where these live along with readme files that provide instructions, etc.
• Documentation for batch update needs updating -- Mariana to follow up on documenting steps
