Canlink - CSH search interface

A copy of CSH data is uploaded to the GraphDB here. A new page template was added to Canlink app for searching within Canadian Subject Headings which will be accessible from the top navigation bar

Required Modifications

• The searchbox autocomplete is not working (it will display a list of suggestions on key-up event but it wont fill the searchbox with the selected item).
• Sort the search results alphabetically.
• Add related term section to display a given SH's related terms.
  
• Change display labels to proper ones (e.g skos:altLabel)
