[Oaisys] Bring tickets into Github issues from old project management software

Clubhouse was tested as a project management tool for this project and has not been used in awhile. We should bring those tickets into Gihub issues (at least the ones that are unresolved.)Clubhouse is now called shortcut and the project is located here: https://app.shortcut.com/ual-di/stories/space/66/everything (might need permissions to access.)
