Error: Cannot open model.bin , is there any public model weight ?

I've tried to run the code with docker in my environment .
But faced issues to open your shared model.bin. Is there any public weight ?

And also,
you have shared windows command. I followed them. All command run successfully but in last command [./pcclassify ./dataset.ply ./classified.ply [model.bin]
faced issue. .
'.' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
