Objectives

Overall strategic goals:

  1. Rapport building with strategic targets (refer to our fundraising deck)
    • Formal meetings (tea/coffee)
    • Hangouts (libations)
  2. Get new developers to participate in our DevPool
  3. Get prospective partners to sign up for our waitlist on our home page

Strategic Targets

Partnerships

  • MakerDAO (now SKY) and related/partners
  • GnosisDAO and related/partners
Not featured in deck but now putting more thought:
  • Optimism
  • Synthetix
  • Sherlock (they did our security audit)

Investors

  • M12 for GitHub
  • Gnosis Venture Capital
  • OpenAI Startup Fund
  • Coinbase Ventures
  • Sequoia
  • a16z Crypto
  • Dragonfly Capital Partners
  • Paradigm
  • Union Square Ventures
  • ConsenSys Ventures

Events

If we host events, here are the objectives:

  1. Spread UbiquityOS1/DevPool2 Awareness
  2. Cohosting for networking purposes

We should make an event that can get more devs to use our DevPool, and to spread awareness.

Consider whiteboarding/seminar/panel discussion type event.

Schedule

Footnotes

  1. The software

  2. The developer community
