The new ublue-update has been rewritten in go, this placeholder is issue is to track the transition. m2 says we can ditch the container and homebrew service units in lieu of this, so lots of benefits!

Let's be careful though, if we need to carry a backup service unit for a while for updates then that's fine. (We've done that in the past).

I'm strongly inclined to place this on our beta tags for an initial rollout.
