Feature Request: More settings for icon indicator.

I really appreciate the work put into this applet. it has made my workspace much cleaner.

I was wondering if it would be possible for future versions to have more adjustable indicators on the icons.
As of now the icon lights have a preset position. It would be nice if the position could be adjusted.
The indicators also seem to only take the color of the theme. It would be cool if the we could choose our own color. Another interesting thing I saw in Gnome's dash to panel was that the indicators could take the primary color of the icon itself.
