Is there any way to add "ungroup" feature in combination with pinning.

So I'd like there to be a way to pin firefox to the dock. First click on it, no open firefox windows so it opens a new instance.

If I do "ctrl + n" to create a new firefox window, I'd like to have two icons in my dock, one for each window.
