  1. Reword demo text to reduce ambiguity:

Do you keep an umbrella in your car or on your person when traveling to work?

  1. Add hover states to some UI elements that don't include them (up/down arrows in Sequence questions, for example)
  2. Add hover tooltips to info buttons
  3. Update location of the Toast dialog - potentially top-right, by the submit button. $mdToast provides an option position setting: https://material.angularjs.org/latest/api/service/$mdToast
