Ignore automatic files produced by programming editors, IDEs, and operating systems.

I suggest using GitHub Node.js .gitnore template.

Ignore automatic files for:

  - React.js and Node.js
  - IntelliJ IDEs (IntelliJ, RubyMine, PhpStorm, AppCode, PyCharm, CLion, Android Studio)
  - Programming editors (Atom, Emacs, Sublime, Vim, VSCode, etc)
  - Operating systems: Linux, macOS, and Windows
