I am a Pheonix noob looking at building a new Phoenix application and I really need a OAuth provider, any advice?

have you guys tried using https://github.com/mustafaturan/shield ? isn't it exactly what we want ?

Is there some example of a uberauth+shield integration? I'm going to build a web app that needs user authn+authz+oauth2 provider, and am looking for existing solutions.
