Feature Request: Multiple Link configs and validations

Description

I think it would be nice to be able to easily validate and configure metadata for multiple links.
e.g. if the path is relative we would want to add different rel and target attributes compared to when the link goes out to a different domain.
Being able to modify the href before tiptap inserts it into the editor would also be nice. e.g. on same domain strip the domain, remove tracking params etc.

Use Case

Applying different rules depending on the provided href to have a distinction between e.g. our own domains, trusted domains and untrusted domains
