Currently, the build process expects the SVN folder structure; for git, it is necessary to change it and add build folders to .gitignore.
The result should be stored in the repository root folder (not in the parent of the trunk)

The environment variables are in https://github.com/ufal/TrEd/blob/e0828230d0c62f3b80c2c00f8fb290fa8539e13a/admin/env_refactored.sh but svn2git migration can also affect some other scripts
