Add a button for swapping languages

I find the button with a "⇄" icon for swapping the translation direction is very handy and intuitive,
even when I know that changing the source from Czech to English automatically changes also the target from English to Czech
(but if users don't know this and start by changing the target language, it does not work because Czech is not included in the list).
